Delivery Times

Delivery of your light may take 10–20 days, depending on your location, although most lights are delivered in less time. To make things easy for you, we offer free international shipping with included tracking on all orders. While The Nightlight Nest is headquartered in California, USA, some of our lamps will be shipped from overseas warehouses, increasing delivery time.

We want to be upfront about why shipping may take some time:

1. Handcrafted Designs: Some of our lamps are uniquely handmade, from the paper used in the origami lamp to the hand sewing of the cloud pendant lights.
2. Unique Products: As The Nightlight Nest is a curated collection, we search everywhere for the best lamps for you. Given this, some of our lamps are rare, and we’re proud to be among the few retailers offering them in North America.
3. Global Warehouses: Most of our warehouses are located overseas, which helps us keep prices affordable while maintaining excellent quality.

All orders are processed within two business days of receipt. Once your lamp is crafted, packaged, and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Due to our use of international shipping carriers, we recommend tracking your order using the "Order Tracking" tab on the menu at the top of your screen.

Potential Delays and Multiple Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that some factors are outside our control. Delays may occur due to:

• Customs inspections
• Increased demand during holidays

Additionally, to reduce the risk of customs fees, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. This means your items could arrive at different times. If your entire order doesn’t arrive at once, don’t be concerned—the remaining items will be on their way soon.

American Customers: Please note that as of 2/4/25 tariffs are imposed on all imports from China. Your package may be subject to additional customs inspections, delaying delivery. As well, your package may be subject to customs fees, taxes, import duties, or otherwise that are associated with importing the product. The Nightlight Nest is not responsible for these fees. If you receive a customs fee notice, please reach out to your local customs office for guidance.

Further, on 3/13/2025 the United States Postal Service announced plans to eliminate 10,000 jobs. American customers should anticipate delays in delivery.

Shipping Disclaimer

At The Nightlight Nest, we quality-check every light before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it’s in perfect condition.

• We are responsible for your light until it is delivered to your address. If your package is lost or misdelivered by our shipping partners, we’ll work with them to resolve the issue.
• Important: The Nightlight Nest is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

🚫 Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to logistics constraints, customs regulations, and shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship to any countries not listed above.
