Delivery Times

Delivery of your nightlight may take 10–20 days, depending on your location, although most nightlights are delivered in less time. To make things easy for you, we offer free international shipping with included tracking on all orders. While The Nightlight Nest is headquartered in California, USA, some of our nightlights will be shipped from overseas warehouses, increasing delivery time.

We want to be upfront about why shipping may take some time:

  1. Handcrafted lamps: Many of our nightlights are unique or handmade to ensure quality and detail.
  2. Global Warehouses: Most of our warehouses are located overseas, which helps us keep prices affordable while maintaining excellent quality.

All orders are processed within two business days of receipt. This means that the order has been submitted to the warehouse. Once your nightlight is crafted, packaged, and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Due to our use of international shipping carriers, we recommend tracking your order using the "Order Tracking" tab on the menu at the top of our website.

Potential Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that some factors are outside our control. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Increased demand during holidays

Shipping Disclaimer

At The Nightlight Nest, we quality-check every nightlight before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it’s in perfect condition.

  • We are responsible for your nightlight until it is delivered to your address. If your package is lost or misdelivered by our shipping partners, we’ll work with them to resolve the issue.
  • Important: The Nightlight Nest is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
