Warranty and Refund
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our nightlights. All our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Every nightlight undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping, but if you receive a defective item, we will make it right.
Refunds
We aim to make returns and refunds as simple as possible. Our 30-day return policy starts on the day your nightlight is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to request a return:
- Eligibility: To qualify for a full refund, your nightlight must be returned in new, unopened condition and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping for eligible items is free and paid for by The Nightlight Nest. Email us at hello@nightlightnest.com with the subject: "RETURNS" to get started.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned lamp and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Returns initiated more than 90 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you receive a nightlight with a manufacturer defect, we’re happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. To start an exchange, please email us with:
- Proof of purchase (your order number).
- A photo of the lamp showing the defect.
All of our nightlights ship with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not include damage from normal wear and tear or accidental misuse.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
