How long does shipping take?

Delivery times typically range from 10–20 days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure the best prices and product availability. To make these shipping times easier for you, we offer free shipping, and tracking is included with all orders.

Where do you ship to?

We offer free worldwide shipping. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s progress. Due to our use of international shipping carriers, we recommend tracking your order using the Track Your Order page on our website.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of new items in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are made only in cases of manufacturer defect.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Absolutely! All our nightlights use energy-saving LED technology, ensuring long-lasting illumination and minimal electricity use.

Can I use plug-in nightlights outside of the US?

Yes, many of our plug-in nightlights are compatible with international outlets. USB nightlights are globally compatible, while the correct plug-in nightlight will be delivered based on the shipment country.

What is your warranty policy?

All nightlights are guaranteed with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental misuse. However, if we made a mistake in sending you a defective nightlight, we will work to make it right.
