How long does shipping take?
Delivery times typically range from 10–20 days, depending on your location. All orders include tracking, and we strive to get you your light as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s progress. Due to our use of international shipping carriers, we recommend tracking your order using the Track Your Order page on our website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new items in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are made only in cases of manufacturer defect.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need assistance. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Can I use these lights in my country?
Yes, many of our lights are compatible with international outlets. If there is no selection for a specific plug type on the product page, then we will send you the correct plug based on the shipping destination country. USB lights are globally compatible.
